New Build Contiguous Communities

Whole communities that are built, funded and purchased for the purpose of rental operation. BFR Partners builds relationships with regional and national home builders. We implement bulk purchase agreements for upcoming communities and projects with capital group buyers. This process reduces time and costs associated with marketing to the general public or non-vetted rental buyers. Additionally, it increases home delivery rates and improves relationships with current construction lenders. This includes the acquisition of land, entitlements, planning and construction, and certificate of occupancy.

New Build Scatter-Site

With build-for-rent markets on the rise, we believe there is a significant opportunity for “scatter-site” acquisition and funding. Typically, large or mid market BFR operators will not take less than 50-100 units in one transaction. We focus on connecting smaller regional builders with boutique capital groups to execute these projects.
